Kingdom Works Internship

  • Discover.

    Discover what you’re made for

Don't fall into the trap of doing what is expected of you or following the path of least resistance into a career that you can do well but isn’t what you are truly built for.

At Kingdom Works, we will thoroughly analyze skill sets and gifting, and see where these intersect passion and calling.

Spend a year with highly discerning people, using a multitude of effective assessments and observational tools to help you understand yourself better than ever.

  • Discern.

Discern how to have real impact

There are lots of experiences out there, even many that ask you to take risks for the sake of the gospel. Discerning how to steward the gifts, relationship, and opportunities God’s given you is crucial to understanding the impact your life and leadership can have.

Partner with business leaders, nonprofit leaders, and church leaders to identify and explore solutions to real problems.

Finish the year with a tangible difference made and valuable lessons learned.

  • Develop.

    Develop Kingdom connections & capacity

It really does come down to who you know. Kingdom Works is the largest Jesus-centered network in our region. Uncover opportunities and be a part of an exciting bigger picture.

Gain important connections and grow reciprocal relationships for Kingdom impact. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate and learn from the experience and expertise of local Kingdom leaders.

You aren’t developing your network, you’re being invited into a community of Kingdom minded people committed to building God’s Kingdom locally and globally.

This internship might be right for you if you’re asking…

  • Am I built to be a Kingdom entrepreneur?

  • What am I wired for and what am I called to?

  • How can my gifts be leveraged best for God’s Kingdom?

  • How am I part of the solution to the problems that I can’t unsee?

  • I’m unsure of my next step, but I’m experiencing what could be described as “holy restlessness.”

    • I need to do something and I don't know what it is. OR…

    • I know what it is, but I don't know how to get there.
